Florence M. DuPalevich’s primary focus at McCuiston Law Offices PLLC is tax representation. She assesses clients’ state or federal tax issues and works with the respective tax entity to negotiate reasonable resolutions. Ms. DuPalevich also supports the firm’s estate planning and business law practice areas, and lists providing the best possible service to clients high on her list of professional priorities.

Ms. DuPalevich worked as an analytical chemist for several Research Triangle Park pharmaceutical companies before undertaking the field of law. Both disciplines require the ability to think critically and apply logical analysis to problem resolution, attributes that enable Ms. DuPalevich to successfully represent her clients’ interests.

Ms. DuPalevich holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After obtaining her J.D. from North Carolina Central University, she attended Villanova University School of Law Graduate Tax Program, where she also worked part-time at the law school’s Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic representing clients before the IRS. She is an NTPI Fellow, and a member of the NC Bar Association, American Bar Association, Wake County Bar and 10th Judicial District Bar.
