Make a Payment.
McCuiston Law Offices, PLLC uses LawPay to make it easy for clients to make payments to their trust accounts. LawPay ensures our firm accepts payments in compliance with the American Bar Association (ABA) and Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts (IOLTA) guidelines and is the payment processor recommended by the ABA. You can easily make a payment for any amount to your Trust account.
All major credit cards are accepted with the exception of American Express.
Client acknowledges that a 3% processing fee will be added to any payment made by credit card.
Please note, you do not need to reference Client Matter Number or Invoice Number unless you are paying an outstanding invoice.
